 I have gone through the site.  I am impressed with the colours and themes.  This will be approriate for the www.A1TeamNigeria.com site.  As with all other A1 franchises who are competing this standard works.  However because we are not operational as a franchise yet it will be inappropriate for us to develop the A1TeamNigeria site.  We will like to concantrate on Voltron site and then link to our A1TeamNigeria site in about 6 months time.  The main theme for the Voltron site will be the company developing in two major areas of entertainment film/digital exhibition (cinemas) and motorsports.  We will then create subgroups (a) Tinapa International Circuit and (b) A1 Team Nigeria.  For be will in the interim concentrate on driver development{A3 Racing (Team Nigeria)}.  I can easily generate the content and data for this side as we will inform you of all our alliances with the A1GP, Racin for a livin, sponsors and broadcasters (OSMI).  When we have a full A1GP license we can then develop the A1 Team Nigeria site in full. The driver development is critical and we have to develop the site to reflect this.  I hope I have been able to clarify these issue.  We will try and keep things simple for the start and then scale as we get bigger.  We will use the TINAPA subgroup to highlight the conceptual design of the track and for global fundraising.

Voltron Entertainment Ltd (holding company for founders) was incorporated in June 2003, to become a leading player in the film & digital exhibition business in Nigeria. After 2 years of research and investigation the promoters, Mr. Alexander O. Ajayi, Mr. Lekan Babalola and Mr. Abdulrazaq Saro, came to the conclusion that forming this company was necessary to fulfill the dreams and imperatives of its founders.  The initial focus of the company is film and digital exhibition through cinemas (both local and foreign content) and Sports development (Motor Sports).  In the future the company would hope to expand into:

• Merchandising
• Theme parks and resorts

 The emphasis in all of these areas would be in developing local content and conceptualizing a branded Nigerian/African multimedia company that provides local and international products and services. 

With the liberalization and deregulation policies of the Federal Government of Nigeria, we believe that this is a unique opportunity to be involved in the Nigerian entertainment sector. 

This informed our foray in the development of the Nigeria Motor sport industry.   We are currently the promoters of the A1GP in Nigeria.  We are focused on a development program for drivers and engineers who will be part of and A1 Team Nigeria that will compete in the World Cup of Motorsport.
